A small linoprint made to celebrate the beautiful Hardenbergia violacea that grows wild in our local bushland. It remains hidden from view until it bursts into flower each year.
A meandering path is being worn from the garden to the studio as the two spaces nourish and inspire each other. Sketches made in the garden evolve into a carved lino block, adding to a catalogue of botanically inspired relief blocks that I can use in various combinations.
